The Service Plus RE Team Belief System:

  • We treat people as life-long CLIENTS, not one time CUSTOMERS

  • A CLIENT is someone who we strive to offer the highest levels of personal & professional service to, so we earn the opportunity to provide RE Services to them & their referral network

  • A CUSTOMER is someone who we have a one time business transaction with.

  • Our fiduciary duties are more important than our bank account balance

  • If we focus on results…we get frustrated.  When we focus on the process & mastering proper habits…we get the results we want.

  • People don’t always go with the best agent, they typically go with the one who is there.  Our job is to be both…be there & be the best

  • Agents only get in trouble when they speak for their client and/or make decisions for their clients.  Your job is not to sell a house.  You are in the consultation business of providing options to your clients, letting them know the pros & cons of each option & then having your clients decide.  Your fiduciary responsibility is to follow their lawful & ethical instructions.

  • Agents should focus on Revenue Generating Behaviors like writing contracts, going on appointments, lead conversion, proactive lead generation and professional development and find ways to leverage/implement other aspects of their business

  • Agents should focus on BUSINESS & not BUSY-NESS

  • People do business with who they know, like, trust, brings them value & who they have top of mind awareness with.

  • Real Estate is a contact sport.  The more contacts you make, the better chance you have of winning.

  • Team Members focus is on Building relationships & providing value

  • We have 2 ears & 1 mouth and we should use them proportionately…ask ?’s, understand their their motivation & needs-then service that need while providing value.

  • Golden Rule (treat people as you want to be treated) vs. Platinum Rule (treat people how they want to be treated)

  • People buy & sell real estate when they are mentally, emotionally & financially ready.  People either are moving FOR PLEASURE or AWAY FROM PAIN. Listen & Understand their true needs & motivations.

  • Writing contracts is the most revenue generating activity that you can be doing.

  • These are legally binding contracts… not eBay bids. 

  • This is a service, people orientated business that will always come down to people, paper & pen.  No AI software or computer can ever replace you.

  • Information & data make people think, but emotions cause people to take action.  The heart decides & the brain justifies.

  • You are the CEO of every transaction… if something happens, it isn’t always your fault…but it is always your problem to deal with.  Anticipating problems & providing solutions before they happen is how you provide value.

  • There is a difference between training & coaching.  Anyone can Google or watch YouTube on what, how or why to do something. A coach is there to help keep you on track, bounce ideas off of, help you develop & execute your plan, help implement your plan & hold you accountable. Every top Athlete has a Coach, so should we

  • A Dream is in your Head, but a Goal is written down.  When it is spoken/written down, then it becomes real.  When it becomes real, then you hold yourself to a higher standard of accountability.

  • Ask yourself…do you have a job or a business?  Imagine if you can’t or don’t want to work for a month.  After 30 days— has everything fallen apart or are things running better than when you left.  How you answer that is the true test if you have a job or a business.  We are here to help you run a BUSINESS!
